This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following information:

• Calculator inputs and results: values you type into calculators and the resulting outputs. Many calculations are designed only to produce the result shown to you and are not intended to be stored as user records. Depending on the calculator and the way the page is requested, inputs may be processed in your browser, transmitted to our server, or appear in request URLs or technical logs.
• Contact information: details you send through the contact form, such as your email address, message content, and related metadata.
• Technical logs: IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser and device information, referrer, language, error information, and similar server-log data.
• Cookies and identifiers: cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, analytics identifiers, consent choices, and similar technologies where they are used.

Some calculators relate to health, pregnancy, body weight, alcohol, finance, wages, taxes, legal deadlines, engineering, construction, education, or other important topics. We do not ask you to identify yourself when using calculators, and calculator inputs are not intended to create user profiles. However, if you enter information that identifies you or another person, that information may be personal data and may in some cases be sensitive personal data.

Do not enter personal data about another person unless you have the right to do so. Do not use Calkoo for emergency, medical, legal, tax, investment, safety-critical, or regulated decisions without independent professional verification.

• Providing the website and calculators: performance of a contract or our legitimate interests in making the website available and responding to your requests.
• Security, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and server logs: our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, and legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics technologies may, however, be considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale" under some US state privacy laws if those laws apply to Calkoo.

Calculator inputs are not intended to be stored as user records. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal purposes, typically up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for a specific incident or legal requirement. Contact-form messages are generally kept for up to two years unless a longer period is needed to handle the request, maintain records, or protect legal interests.

Analytics and advertising providers may retain data according to their own settings and policies.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; request data portability; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

If the GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or with the supervisory authority in your EU or EEA country of residence, workplace, or alleged infringement.

If a US state privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of the sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling uses of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

Calkoo does not sell personal information for money. If applicable US state privacy laws treat our advertising or analytics technologies as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide the required opt-out mechanism and honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where technically feasible and legally required.

Calkoo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, use the website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Calculators produce outputs from user inputs and formulas. Calkoo does not use those calculator outputs to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. Advertising and analytics providers may use their own profiling or audience technologies as described in their policies and your consent choices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, network, browser, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Calkoo may link to third-party websites, calculators, advertisements, or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the "Last updated" date below. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law permits otherwise.
