Thank You for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by OÜ Trinity Capital ("Service provider"), located at Tallinn, Republic of Estonia. All visitors ("User") of the website www.calkoo.com ("Webpage") shall be deemed as users ("User"). By using our Services (e.g visiting the Webpage), User undertakes to accept and comply with all of the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Not reading the terms and conditions does not absolve you of a responsibility to adhere to them. The laws of Republic of Estonia will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the Harju county court, Tallinn, Estonia.

If the sub-contractor of the Service provider is experiencing force majeure, it is assumed, that it releases the Service provider from any liability.

By using the Services, User agrees that Service provider can use such data in accordance with Privacy policy. By using the Services, the User consents to the Service provider's privacy policy.

Services may include hyperlinks to other websites. The Service provider is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy and completeness of third party websites.

This Agreement shall be governed by laws of Republic of Estonia.

Service provider attempts in good faith to resolve through negotiation any disagreements, dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to Terms of Service. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be litigated by Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.

If any provision of these terms shall become or prove to be void, unforceable or invalid, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not be affected; and void or invalid provision shall be replaced with a new one, and/or terms and conditions shall be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law.
