Terminuoto indėlio skaičiuotuvas
A term deposit calculator (also called a fixed deposit or CD calculator) estimates the maturity amount and total interest earned on a deposit held for a fixed term, answering the common question: how much interest will I earn on a deposit?
You can combine a starting deposit with optional weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual contributions, set a start date, maturity date, or term length, and use Advanced options for compounding frequency, contribution timing, and day count convention for a more bank-style result.
Deposit $10,000 for 1 year at 4% interest, compounded monthly: the maturity amount is about $10,407, meaning about $407 in interest earned. Add a regular contribution and the calculator grows that on top of the initial deposit.
The deposit term and start/end dates are linked, so you can think in months or years, or work directly with calendar dates; changing one updates the other. Compounding frequency and contribution timing (start or end of period) both affect the final amount, and day count convention, Actual/365, Actual/360, or 30/360, determines how the calculator converts your deposit period into a year fraction, which can shift results slightly between banks.
